Signature is a feature that will allow the message author to attach their own signature to the end of each out-going mails. The signature can be an individual profile information, which can includes name, company name, home page URL, phone number, and e-mail address as shown below figure.It can also be some characteristic words and drawings.When you write a mail you can use [Select signature] at the end of your mail.

Click the [Signature] button to list all the signatures you have.

Name Click name of the signature to view it's content.
To edit content of the signature.
To delete the signature.

New Signature

Click the button to create a new signature.

Name Enter name of the new signature.
Editor Select a editor for editing signature.
Content Enter content of the new signature.
